Valipat is one of the few organisations that, for translation purposes, counts the number of words in the original language and not in the target language. This enables you to quickly generate final quotes and provide administrative security and simplicity to its clients; you will also receive one single invoice in the currency of your choice (US$, €, £, ¥ or CHF).
At the end of the process we send you bundled, in electronic format, a copy of all the certificates issued by the National Offices.

While assisting you in preparing a QUOTE, our program always suggest you the most economical combination of languages, according to your selection of countries, still allowing you to override this best value proposal.

One of the many advantages of using VALIPAT is that, if you order within 28 days of the quote, you avoid any cost increases resulting from changes in government fees, translation fees, currency exchange rates, etc. that might occur between the date of the quote and the order date. It is Valipat's policy to absorb the effects of all these changes.
